We are independent estate agents and not part of a large chain. The business is run by Marc Instrell & Lewis Clarke who have lived and worked in this area all of their life and all of our staff live in the local area. We cherish our independence because it motivates us to care about every single thing that happens within our company.

Opening hours

7 Days a week. Our opening hours are essential to maximise viewing opportunities for your property - a large amount of our viewings are carried out after work and at weekends. Accompanied viewings also mean we can use our expertise to help sell or let your property. Our offices are open 8:30am-6pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturdays, and 10am-4pm on Sundays. In addition, you can email us outside office hours.
